What We Offer
Melody Makers (MM): 4-7 yrs

Melody Makers class is a general music class for the youngest students. They will learn percussion instrument playing, basic theory, singing, basic keyboard instruction utilizing individual silent keyboards as well as piano, and prep for recorder. This class includes fun music activities and games that keep the students excited about music! The Melody Maker student will also learn valuable skills that help prepare for success in taking piano lessons, as well as enhance piano lessons if they are already taking them.
Various instruments provided for use during class; each student gets to take home a set of rhythm sticks at the end of the year
Happy Harmony (HH): 8-10yrs
2:10-3:00
The Happy Harmony class includes learning to play the recorder, music theory, keyboard training, vocal training, and prep for band. The Happy Harmony student will be preparing for a successful future in piano, voice, and instrument studies.
We use “Recorder Karate” curriculum, as well as various recorder ensemble selections.

Beginning Band (BB): 10+yrs
3:30-4:20
Beginning Band provides band/ensemble instruction for beginning Flute, Clarinet, Oboe, Alto Sax, Tenor Sax, Trumpet, Trombone, French Horn, Baritone, Bells, Percussion (snare drum), Bass Guitar.
We use “The Standard of Excellence” curriculum, as well as various band music selections.
Sheet music, folder, and band book provided; student must provide their own instrument
Intermediate Band (IB): For students with experience
5:10-6:00
Intermediate Band provides band/ensemble instruction for students with previous experience playing one of the instruments listed on our registration page.
We use “Standard of Excellence” curriculum, as well as various band music selections
Sheet music, folder, and band book provided; student must provide their own instrument
*If a student wishes to be in Beginning as well as Intermediate Band the student does not pay any additional fee*
Jubilee Singers (Singers):
13-20yrs
4:20-5:10
The Jubilee Singers will further their understanding of music theory as they sing together in an ensemble/choir setting. Jubilee Singers sing a variety of styles, from Classical to Contemporary Christian to Traditional. We also sing a capella (no accompaniment), and we will study how to read music.
